Add a Share Link in your Blogs.

I was looking around the web, surfing and finding out how to have the share link Icon like the most blogs out there,like below:

The Picture above was actually from my other blog and as you can see,i successfully inserted the Share Link.

All you need is your Content Title and The Url.Nothing else.
